Margin — Exports PDF annotations to clean markdown

I annotate PDFs heavily and lost a decade of marginalia to three different reference managers. Margin is the exit: point it at a folder of PDFs and it writes one markdown file per document — highlights, notes, page numbers — into a folder you own.

No accounts, no sync, no database. It’s a 400-line script wearing a small native UI, and it will still work in fifteen years because it depends on almost nothing. Forty-one users. The release notes for v1.0 were a haiku.
